3No. Existing Derelict dwellings where demolished and a new split level, mixed use development was constructed.
The design established a new contemporary streetscape for lower Maden Street and a private landscape amenity space to the rear facing on the river with 4No. new apartments.
The development has become a focal point for the area and was shortlisted for the National Community Housing awards
